Delivery Cost
Standard delivery within Ireland is €9.50.
All orders are sent via An Post Secure & Tracked Postage.
Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Custom or personalised items (including engraving or sizing) may take longer — please contact us if you need an estimated delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that all items purchased online must be returned in accordance with the procedure outlined below.
14-Day Returns & Exchanges
Forever Jewellers Cork operates a 14-day return and exchange policy, starting from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unmarked, and not used beyond inspection
- Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging
- All tags, booklets, certificates, and guarantees must be included, including tamper-proof security tags where applicable
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided
- There are no refunds on items sold on deposit/payment plans.
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage after delivery may not be eligible for refund
- If an item has been worn or damaged after purchase, it may be subject to a deduction to reflect any loss in value.
- Tamper-proof security tags, where attached, must be intact and unaltered or it may affect the value of your refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at Sales@ForeverJewellersCork.ie.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return Postage & Responsibility
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer and is done at the customer’s own expense and risk.
Forever Jewellers Cork does not offer a collection service, so customers must arrange their own courier.
Please note that refunds do not include original shipping costs.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from our returns policy, including but not limited to:

Personalised, custom, or special-order items, including items that require sizing and made to customer specification

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Sales@ForeverJewellersCork.ie so we can assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that it may take 5-7 working days for your bank or card provider to process and display the refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the delivery address.
What happens if my delivery is missed or delayed?
If delivery cannot be completed, An Post will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from your local post office.
Do you deliver outside Ireland?
At present, we deliver within Ireland only. If you require international delivery, please contact us before placing an order.
Is there a refund for personalised items?
Items that are personalised/ engraved cannot be returned/ refunded.
🚚 Delivery terms & conditions
- All goods will be dispatched as soon as the order is accepted and payment has been cleared. Orders from Forever Jewellers Cork, will be posted to the shipment name and address provided to us. It is the customer's responsibility to review this information before submitting an order.
- Forever Jewellers Cork will use reasonable efforts to meet any delivery date, but it should be understood that they are estimates and we are not liable (in contract, negligence or otherwise) for any loss or damage resulting from them not being met, however, caused, including delays in meeting delivery dates caused by public holidays and/or bank holidays and/or acts of God arising in Ireland and/or elsewhere. Where you have ordered more than one (1) item, we may make delivery in one (1) or more installments.
- Delivery of the Goods will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us and delivery confirmed by the courier.
- Delivery of the goods is deemed to be completed once a signature of receipt of goods upon delivery is received from the courier.
- Forever Jewellers Cork is not liable for any loss or damage of goods once proof of delivery has been provided by the courier.
- We deliver our goods to the delivery address provided by you, as stated in the Confirmation/shipping Email; Should you not be at the address to accept your order, please supply a delivery address where someone will be there to accept it for you. You will be responsible for the Goods when delivery has taken place (including ensuring that you follow any instructions or manuals provided with the Goods) and you will own the Goods when we receive payment in full for it and any respective delivery charges.
